Airport Hotel Indirect Shuttle ● Shuttle Reservation ●

  1. Fixed-Time and Fixed-Point Reservation Shuttle System: The shuttle services included in the MF Hotel package operate on a fixed-time and fixed-point reservation basis, not tailored to your flight schedule. The departure times and shuttle frequencies are pre-scheduled by the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to adjust or cancel shuttle services based on circumstances, and we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
     
  2. Please Proactively Book the Shuttle Service 3 Days Prior to Check-In: If your booking includes a "fixed-time, fixed-point, reservation-based, paid" shuttle service between Magong Airport and the hotel, you must proactively contact us to reserve the shuttle at least 3 days (including the check-in date) before your stay. If you do not initiate a reservation, we will not arrange it for you automatically. For same-day or last-minute bookings, please refer to point 4.
     
  3. Please Accurately Inform Us of the Number of Passengers, Including Adults, Children, and Infants: To comply with traffic regulations, please provide the exact number of passengers, including adults, children, and infants. The shuttle capacity will be calculated based on the number of people in your reserved room type as the maximum limit. If you and your traveling companions exceed this limit, please inform us during booking, as additional shuttle fees may apply. Note that, per regulations, all passengers—regardless of age (adults, children, toddlers, or infants)—are counted as one person occupying a seat. Please ensure accuracy! If the number of passengers on-site differs from the reserved number, we reserve the right to refuse service to excess passengers, and any related additional costs will be your responsibility.
  • If You Fail to Book the Airport Pickup Shuttle in Advance as Required: If you fail to reserve a shuttle at least 3 days in advance and arrive on the day without a booking, the hotel will handle it on a standby basis. Shuttle availability and timing will depend on the hotel’s pre-scheduled services, and additional shuttles cannot be added last-minute:
    • 4-1. If you are willing to wait, we will arrange the next available shuttle based on on-site conditions as soon as possible.
    • 4-2. If you are willing to wait but all subsequent shuttles are fully booked or it’s the last trip, you must arrange your own transportation or allow us to assist with a paid option, with any additional costs borne by you. If the inability to fulfill this service is not due to the hotel’s fault, no refund will be issued for paid amounts.
    • 4-3. If you cannot wait due to personal schedule constraints, you must arrange your own transportation or allow us to assist with a taxi, with costs borne by you. If the inability to fulfill this service is not due to the hotel’s fault, no refund will be issued for paid amounts.
       
  • Airport Drop-Off Reservation: Please book your drop-off service at the check-in counter. Note that if you request a drop-off or wish to change your shuttle time after 7:00 PM the day before or on the departure day, we can only assist based on the pre-scheduled departures on a standby basis:
    • 5-1. If you are willing to wait, we will arrange the next available shuttle based on on-site conditions as soon as possible.
    • 5-2. If you are willing to wait but all subsequent shuttles are fully booked or it’s the last trip, you must arrange your own transportation or allow us to assist with a paid taxi to the airport, with any additional costs borne by you. If the inability to fulfill this service is not due to the hotel’s fault, no refund will be issued for paid amounts.
    • 5-3. If you cannot wait due to personal schedule constraints, you must arrange your own transportation or allow us to assist with a taxi, with costs borne by you. If the inability to fulfill this service is not due to the hotel’s fault, no refund will be issued for paid amounts.
  • Shuttle Locations: Shuttle services are limited to routes between the hotel and Magong Airport. Designated waiting areas are the hotel lobby and the domestic terminal of Penghu Airport. The hotel reserves the right to accept or decline special location requests.
  • Pre-Scheduled Departure Times and Frequencies: The departure times and shuttle frequencies published on the hotel’s website or lobby are pre-scheduled and subject to adjustment or cancellation by the hotel based on daily conditions.
  • Reservation Hotline: To book a shuttle, please call MF Hotel at 06-9263936 at least 3 days before check-in to make your request. If you need to change your shuttle booking on the day of arrival or after 7:00 PM the previous day, please inform us as early as possible. We can only assist based on the pre-scheduled departures for that day and may not fully accommodate changes. If you have submitted a booking request but have not received a response from our staff, please contact us promptly.
  • MF Hotel Shuttle Service Delegation: The shuttle services for MF Hotel are operated by a third-party fleet. By confirming your shuttle reservation, you agree to allow MF Hotel to share relevant information with the cooperating fleet, which may include, but is not limited to, the primary contact’s name, phone number, flight details, number of passengers, and luggage information.

  1. Temporary Empty Vehicle Parking Control at Penghu Airport: Please keep the contact number reserved for the hotel switched on when collecting your luggage upon arrival at Penghu Airport. Shuttle staff will contact you by phone. Kindly proceed to the seating rest area inside the airport to wait.
  2. No Empty Vehicle Waiting Allowed at Penghu Airport: As empty vehicle waiting is prohibited at Penghu Airport, the driver will notify you by phone to proceed to the designated airport exit for boarding. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  3. Inability to Board Due to Non-Hotel Factors: If you are unable to board a pre-booked shuttle due to your flight, ferry schedule, or other personal reasons not attributable to the hotel, you will need to wait on a standby basis for the next available shuttle. If the next shuttle is also fully booked, you must continue waiting or arrange your own transportation to the hotel or airport. Any related additional costs will be your responsibility, and no refund will be issued for paid amounts if the failure to fulfill the service is not due to the hotel’s fault.

Regarding MF Hotel to Penghu Airport Shuttle Check-In and Boarding

  1. Check-In 20 Minutes Before Departure: For shuttle services from the hotel to the airport, please check in at the reception desk and collect any luggage stored during check-out at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure. If you have not yet checked out, please complete the process in advance.
  2. Cancellation for Late Check-In: If you fail to complete the check-in process within the stipulated time, your shuttle reservation will be canceled, and the spot will be opened for standby passengers.
  3. Inability to Board Due to Personal Factors: If you are delayed in arriving at the hotel due to personal schedule arrangements or other reasons, preventing you from boarding the pre-booked shuttle, you will need to wait for the next available shuttle. If the next shuttle is also fully booked, you must continue waiting or arrange your own transportation to the hotel or airport. Any related additional costs will be your responsibility, and no refund will be issued for paid amounts if the failure to fulfill the service is not due to the hotel’s fault.

    Other Terms and Conditions
  4. Clarifications on Shuttle Reservations, Check-In, and Boarding: In case of any disputes regarding the above shuttle reservation, check-in, and boarding notices, the explanation provided by MF Hotel’s reception staff shall prevail.
  5. Right to Modify Regulations: MF Hotel reserves the right to modify or adjust the above regulations at any time. Any changes or detailed notices will be posted on the hotel’s relevant website, with no separate notification provided.

 

Airport Hotel Indirect Shuttle ● Luggage & Other Matters

  1. Airline-Defined Arrival Time: The [arrival time] set by the airline refers to the scheduled landing time on the airport runway and does not include taxiing, docking, cabin opening, customs clearance, or luggage wait times. Please allow a buffer of 30–60 minutes when making reservations.
  2. Regarding Passenger Numbers, Infant/Toddler Seating, and Luggage Restrictions (Updated 20240308):
    • 2-1. If your accommodation package includes a complimentary shuttle, the maximum number of passengers will be calculated based on your reserved room type. If you and your traveling companions exceed this limit, please inform us during booking. Additional passengers will incur extra shuttle fees. [Note: If your booking already includes a shuttle and you need to add extra passengers for the same trip, the additional fee is NT$150 per person per trip.]
    • 2-2. If the number of passengers on-site differs from the reserved number, we reserve the right to refuse service to excess passengers for safety reasons. Any related additional costs will be your responsibility.
    • 2-3. If you require an infant/toddler car seat, please inform us during booking. Each vehicle can provide a maximum of one car seat, with a rental fee of NT$300 per trip.
  3. Regarding Luggage Size/Quantity and Safety Seat Restrictions:
    • 3-1. For each reserved passenger, one piece of luggage up to 28 inches and one piece of carry-on are allowed. If the actual number of passengers or luggage exceeds this limit and cannot be accommodated, you must handle the excess yourself, and any related costs will be your responsibility.
      • 3-1-1. Excess Luggage Fee: If items or excess luggage need to be placed in the rear trunk or other seating areas, an additional fee of NT$200 per piece per trip will apply. Please pay the driver in cash directly.
    • 3-2. Special Size Luggage:
      • 3-2-1. Special size luggage is defined as luggage over 30 inches, items with a total length + width + height exceeding 200 cm, or weighing over 10 kg, including but not limited to golf bags, wheelchairs, strollers, paintings, surfboards, or competitive bicycles. Please inform us in advance during booking, as additional fees will apply. If the current shuttle has heavy luggage, an additional trip or an earlier trip may be arranged to deliver to your accommodation. Failure to notify in advance, resulting in inability to complete the transfer on the day, will require you to handle and pay for luggage transportation yourself.
      • 3-2-2. Special Size Luggage Fee: An additional fee of NT$300 per piece per trip will apply. Examples:
        • If your luggage exceeds the standard allowance but is not special size, add NT$200/piece/trip.
        • If your luggage is within the standard allowance but is special size, add NT$300/piece/trip.
        • If your luggage exceeds the standard allowance and is special size, add NT$500/piece/trip.
    • 3-3. Prohibited Items: Based on legal regulations, prohibited items are not allowed. If passengers carry such items and are stopped by law enforcement during the trip, any resulting legal liability will be the passenger’s responsibility.
    • 3-4. Fragile/Valuable Items Exclusion: If your luggage includes fragile or valuable items, please inform us beforehand and pack them properly, bearing full responsibility for their safekeeping. If you assess that they can be placed in the trunk and damage or loss occurs, MF Hotel will not be liable for any related losses.
    • 3-5. For safety reasons, if the luggage exceeds the vehicle’s carrying capacity and affects driving safety, MF Hotel  shuttle staff reserve the right to refuse transportation.
    • 3-6. For matters not covered by special luggage transportation regulations, the explanation provided by MF Hotel front desk staff shall prevail.
