Deposit & Cancellation Policy
According to Tourism Administration, MOTC Regulation No. 10682000635
A. For bookings made via our official website “Book Now”, by phone, or at the front desk, a 30–50% deposit of the total room charge is required. If cancellation is requested after payment, the request must be submitted formally.
The date we receive the complete request documents will be considered the official cancellation date (not the phone call date).

Important Notes
A 5% administrative fee (based on the paid deposit) will be charged per cancelled booking.
Cancellation, modification, or postponement requests become valid only when all required documents have been received by our hotel — not when the phone notification is made.
The hotel must issue a confirmation reply for the cancellation to be officially valid.
10. Cancellation Policy
(1) Cancellation Due to Personal Reasons
Refunds will be issued according to the hotel’s deposit refund policy.
An additional 5% administrative fee based on the paid deposit will be charged.
The guest must submit a formal refund request and provide all required documents.
The official cancellation effective date shall be the date complete documents are received (not the date of phone notification). All deadlines are calculated based on this date.
(2) Force Majeure (Natural Disaster or Government-Declared Incidents)
Cancellation may qualify for a full refund without penalty only if ALL conditions below are met:
The incident has been officially declared by the central or local government authority as a force majeure event.
The hotel has reviewed and confirmed eligibility.
If the case does not qualify, it will be processed under the personal cancellation policy, including fees and deductions.
(3) Flight or Ferry Suspension
Guests must provide an official suspension certificate issued by the airline or ferry operator.
Eligibility for force majeure cancellation will be reviewed by the hotel.
If the suspension results from operational, mechanical, staffing, scheduling, or other internal company reasons, it does not qualify as force majeure, and the guest shall seek compensation directly from the carrier. The hotel is not liable for reimbursement in such cases.
11. Postponement / Reschedule Policy — English Version
Both postponement (date undecided) and rescheduling (new date confirmed) will convert the original deposit into room credit balance (not a deposit hold).
The credited amount may be applied toward a future reservation.
A new booking still requires a new deposit payment according to current booking policies.
All applications must be submitted with complete documentation, and the effective date will be the date all documents are received (not the date of phone notice).
B. Fully Prepaid (Non-Refundable) Packages
If you book a fully prepaid package via links provided in [Latest News] or [Promotions/Special Offers] on our official website, please carefully review the following terms:
All fully prepaid room plans on this website are classified as Promotional Packages and fall under promotional terms, not standard booking policies.
Room rates may vary across platforms due to different membership offers, platform discounts, campaign timing, or channel policies. These factors are beyond the hotel’s control, and therefore price comparison or price-matching requests cannot be accepted.
The hotel does not offer a “Lowest Price Guarantee” or price-difference refund policy.
We are committed to offering the most appropriate and competitive rates, but do not guarantee the lowest price. Prices between packages are not eligible for comparison as terms and conditions differ.
Guests are strongly advised to review package details carefully prior to booking or perform independent price comparisons if needed.
Cancellation & Credit Retention Policy

For fully prepaid promotional bookings, standard refund policies do not apply. Terms are as follows:

By completing a booking via this website, you agree to pay the total booking amount to secure the reserved room type and rate.
Credit card payment will be processed immediately through the card information provided at the time of booking.
To ensure transaction security, the name used for online booking must match the guest checking in. Valid identification must be presented at check-in for verification.
Should you need to modify or cancel your booking, please contact the hotel directly. Our staff will assist you with the process.
All listed rates are inclusive of taxes and service charges.
In the event of force majeure (e.g., earthquake causing transport suspension, land typhoon warning issued by the Central Weather Bureau), guests must contact the hotel within 3 days of the check-in date (inclusive) for further assistance.
Online bookings are considered pre-paid transactions, eligible for Taiwan National Travel Card subsidy. For subsidy details, please refer to the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration website.
After successful booking, a confirmation page will appear. If it does not, please go to Official Website → Online Booking → Member & Order Information to check your reservation. If no record is found, please contact the hotel immediately.

If you make your reservation by phone, our hotel staff will create an order after confirming the booking details with you.
Once the order is completed, you will receive a text message containing your booking confirmation and the deposit payment account details. Please transfer the required deposit amount within the payment deadline stated in the message.
Please ensure the transfer amount matches the exact amount stated in the message. Transfers with incorrect amounts cannot be processed or verified.
As the payment system may require processing time, we recommend contacting the hotel after a short wait to verify receipt of payment.
