■ Can I check in earlier than the standard time?
Check-in starts at 4:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, we can store your luggage for you. Early check-in may be available depending on room availability and will incur an additional fee.
■ How can I check in after front desk service hours?
Our front desk is not open 24 hours. Please complete check-in procedures during service hours.
■ Is there a curfew?
The main entrance is open 24 hours. If the door is locked, you can use your key card to access the building.
｜Booking Information｜
■ How can I confirm that my reservation was successful?
If you made your booking through our official website, the system will automatically send a confirmation email to the address you provided after the reservation is completed. Please check your spam or junk mail folder, and ensure your email address was entered correctly.
■ Do you accept group reservations? Are there any discounts?
For group bookings, please contact us at service@mhoteltw.com. Our staff will be happy to assist you.
■ Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Cancellation or modification policies vary depending on the plan or package you booked. Please refer to the Booking Policy page for details.
■ Can an extra bed be added to the room?
Bed arrangements in each room are fixed, and we are unable to provide extra beds.
｜Facilities｜
■ Can I bring friends to the lobby?
To ensure all guests can enjoy the common lounge area, visitors of registered guests are allowed to stay in the first-floor lobby during front desk service hours only. Access to guest room floors (2nd floor and above) is strictly prohibited.
■ Is there a hair dryer in the room?
Yes, all guest bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer.
■ Is hot water available only during certain hours?
No, hot water is available 24 hours a day in all showers.
■ Are there washing machines or dryers available?
We offer a laundry service—washing, drying, folding, and delivery for just NT$250 per large bag. Alternatively, you may ask the front desk for directions to nearby coin-operated washers and dryers.
■ Do dormitory beds have curtains?
Yes, every dormitory bed is equipped with a privacy curtain, allowing you to enjoy your personal space.
■ What facilities are available in the common areas?
We provide a shared refrigerator, drinking water dispenser, and a fitness room for guest use.
■ Is free Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free unlimited Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property.
■ Is there space to store bicycles?
Yes, please inform our staff at check-in if you need bicycle storage, and we’ll make the necessary arrangements.
■ Is there an elevator in the building?
Yes, our building is equipped with an elevator.
■ Do the rooms have personal lockers?
Yes, each guest has access to a personal locker with a combination lock for storing valuables. If you have larger items that require safekeeping, please contact our staff for assistance.
■ Are toiletries provided?
Shampoo and body wash are provided in every bathroom. Please bring your own personal or disposable toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste, and razors.
｜Other Requests｜
■ Can I store my luggage?
Yes. If you wish to store luggage before check-in or after check-out, please contact our staff. Overnight luggage storage (more than one day) will incur a NT$100 per night fee. For large items, please confirm with our staff in advance to ensure sufficient storage space is available.
■ Do you accept parcel deliveries?
Yes, we do accept parcels, but please follow these guidelines:
All shipping fees must be prepaid; we do not provide payment-on-delivery services.
The recipient’s name must match the booking name.
Please inform us in advance of your booking confirmation number and recipient name.
Ensure the parcel arrives during your stay period.
■ I lost something—can you help send it back to me?
Please contact us directly. If we find your lost item, we will keep it for you. You may either pick it up in person or request return shipping via cash-on-delivery.
