If you wish to check out late, this can be arranged depending on room availability. Additional charges will apply—please contact the front desk for details.
■ Front Desk Hours:
There are no staff on duty at the front desk from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During this period, access to the main entrance requires your key card. If you need any assistance at night, please call the designated number for help from our on-duty night security personnel.
■ Non-Smoking Policy:
In accordance with Article 31 of the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property, including (but not limited to) guest rooms, bathrooms, windowsills, corridors, lobby, stairways, and the covered area beneath the main entrance.
If you violate this policy, a cleaning fee of NT$10,000 will be charged. Persistent violations after warnings may result in immediate eviction without refund.
■ Room Key Cards:
Please keep your room key card safe and return it to the front desk upon check-out. Lost or damaged cards will incur a lock replacement fee of NT$3,000.
■ Towels:
Bath towels provided in the room are for in-room use only. Any towels found taken outside the premises will be considered as purchased items.
■ Refrigerator Use:
The in-room refrigerator is preset to “off.” If you wish to use it, please turn on the power and adjust the temperature to your preference.
■ Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed in the hotel. Only certified guide dogs are permitted (advance notice of at least 3 days is required, and the dog’s valid working certificate must be presented upon check-in). Walk-in notifications cannot be accepted.
■ Quiet Hours:
To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, please lower noise levels after 10:00 PM, close doors gently, and refrain from loud conversations or activities that may disturb others.

Non-24-Hour Front Desk Service
(1) The front desk staff are not on duty 24 hours a day.
(2) During non-service hours, there will be no staff at the front desk.
(3) During non-service hours, access to the main entrance will require a key card.
If you require emergency assistance or have safety-related issues during this time, please call the designated extension or phone number for help from our night security personnel.
No In-House Restaurant
Our hotel does not have an in-house restaurant.

Low-Carbon Island Policy
■ In accordance with Penghu’s Low-Carbon Island Initiative, the hotel does not proactively provide single-use disposable amenities such as toothbrushes, razors, combs, shower caps, or paper slippers.
■ Bottled water is not provided in rooms. Drinking water dispensers are available on every floor.
■ For stayover guests, in line with environmental sustainability and privacy protection, housekeeping service is not automatically provided daily. If you would like your room cleaned, please inform the front desk by 12:00 noon on the same day.
Infant and Child Policy
■ Infants (0–6 years old): Stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding (no extra bed or fee).
■ Children (7–12 years old): Considered non–extra bed guests but subject to a cleaning and amenity service fee of NT$500 per person per night.
■ Each room may accommodate only one non–extra bed guest (whether charged or not). Additional guests beyond this limit will require booking an extra room.
■ If guest numbers exceed the occupancy limit specified at the time of booking, the hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in and will process refunds according to the hotel’s cancellation policy.

⚫ Assistance with Local Purchases or Deliveries
If you would like the front desk to receive local specialty products or souvenirs on your behalf, please notify us in advance. The hotel does not assume responsibility for verifying, guaranteeing, or inspecting the contents of any delivered packages.
For items that require mailing or delivery, please note that all shipping and handling fees are the guest’s responsibility.
⚫ Cold Storage Policy
The hotel does not provide storage for refrigerated or frozen items. If you need to keep such items chilled, please contact the store or vendor where you made the purchase for storage arrangements.
⚫ Shuttle Service Reservations
If you require a shuttle transfer, please make a reservation with the front desk no later than 6:00 PM on the day before your scheduled ride.
⚫ Transportation Assistance
If your room package does not include shuttle service, our front desk can help you book a taxi or make other transportation arrangements.
⚫ Right to Adjust Shuttle Schedule
To ensure smooth and safe transportation operations, the hotel reserves the right to adjust scheduled shuttle times or decline shuttle service when necessary.
⚫ Marketing and Feedback Consent
Guests acknowledge that the hotel may send SMS or email notifications about new services and promotions. Guests also understand that the hotel may use third-party platforms to collect and review feedback regarding their stay experience.
⚫ Guest Conduct and Safety Policy
If, during your stay, a guest’s behavior disturbs other guests or poses a potential safety risk, the hotel reserves the right to terminate the accommodation immediately without refund.
