■ Front desk service hours and front door access control hours may vary; please refer to the posted announcements.
■ Check-out time is before 11:00 AM; check-in is after 4:00 PM.
■ Late arrivals must be notified in advance, otherwise the booking will be canceled.
■ Always carry your access control card. A lost card will incur a NT$1,000 replacement fee.
■ Do NOT lock the room door.
■ Please place the indoor slippers in pairs in the bucket upon check-out.
■ am pm hostel is a shared accommodation and does not provide infant facilities or extra beds.
■ am pm does not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or towels.
■ No eating or drinking in guest room areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for any stained bedding.
■ The reception and common areas are under video surveillance for your safety and ours.
■ Respect fellow guests as you would like to be respected.
■ Intentional damage or theft will result in fines equal to the repair or replacement cost.
■ The hostel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
■ Do not move, damage, or remove furniture in the rooms. Costs will be charged for any deliberate action.
■ Drugs and weapons are strictly prohibited. If found, we reserve the right to confiscate them and notify the police.

SHARED SPACE ETIQUETTE

■ Please label all items placed in the refrigerator with your name and departure date; unmarked items will be discarded.
■ Wear indoor slippers in designated areas. Personal shoes must be wrapped in the plastic bags provided in the locker or dustbin room.
■ Guests will be held responsible for damage or stains to facilities or bedding that cannot be cleaned.
■If you spill or make a mess while drinking or otherwise, please clean up after yourself.
■ No intoxicated guests in sleeping areas. You must sober up in the common area. If you cause a disturbance, we reserve the right to remove you without refund.
■ Non-hostel guests are not allowed to stay overnight or occupy any bed. Violators will be charged NT$1,000 per person.
■ Do not touch or use beds not assigned to you. Offenders will be required to pay for those beds.

HOUSEKEEPING & QUIET HOURS

■ No eating or drinking in the hostel rooms (except water).
■ Help us keep the toilets and showers clean.
■ Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate when returning late or leaving early.
■ Do not dry clothes in rooms, except in designated areas. Ask reception for laundry options or nearby coin-operated machines.
■ Clothes hung in non-designated areas will be removed without notice.
■  Smoking is strictly prohibited on hostel premises. A smoking area is available outside.
■ The use of heaters, stoves, or any heating devices in rooms is not allowed.
■ If the fire alarm is triggered due to smoking or forbidden devices, the guest will bear the cost of emergency response.
■ While we love animals, pets are not allowed. Guide or service dogs may be allowed with at least 1 week’s prior notice.
■ Please inform staff if you have an infectious disease.
■ If you feel unwell or uncomfortable, please notify the staff immediately.
■ In accordance with regulations, smoking, gambling, and drug use are prohibited throughout the hostel.
■ All guests aged 6 and above are required to purchase their own bed. No extra guests allowed.
■ The hostel is not responsible for valuables or personal belongings left in rooms or public areas.
■ The owner, manager, staff and security have the right to check the following of house rules at any time without the permission of the guests.
