    Water & Sea Activities

The most famous attraction on Jibei Island is its stunning Jibei Sandbar, a naturally formed stretch of coastline extending over a thousand meters, shaped by the ebb and flow of the tides.

The sand here is soft, white, and finely textured, shimmering with tiny crushed shells under the sunlight. Filtered through layers of natural shell sediment, the surrounding seawater appears in shades of crystal clear white, emerald green, and brilliant azure blue.

Jibei Island also offers a vibrant variety of water sports and snorkeling activities, allowing visitors to enjoy both thrilling adventures and relaxing marine experiences—an unforgettable opportunity to connect with the ocean up close.

                      Ocean Farm Experience

amid overfishing and declining marine resources, leading to the development of offshore cage aquaculture.

In recent years, with planning support from the Penghu Tourism Bureau and the Penghu National Scenic Area Administration,
cage aquaculture has transformed into a unique eco-tourism experience known as the Penghu Ocean Farm.
